Herbal first aid kits

- Upset stomach

Making your own tinctures
You can make your own herbal tinctures quite simply. Herbal experts recommend that you mix the herbal first aid product with rum or vodka, steep for several days or weeks in a glass container. Once the tincture is complete, use cheesecloth or a strainer to remove the leaves (or other products) as you bottle your tincture in a handy sealed vessel.
